Directions: From Crawley Industrial Estate/Hazlewick Roundabout, take the road signposted M23/East Grinstead (dual carriageway) Crawley Avenue. Drive slowly and watch for the lay-by on the left hand side (approx. 1/2 mile from the roundabout (gas works). If you reach the slip road to Horley/Pound Hill you have gone too far. Park outside the gates in the lay-by. If you take your car through the gates it may be locked when you leave.

Size of lake: 3 acres approximately. Swims: 12.                                                Lake contains: Roach 1lb, Rudd 3/4lb, Tench 4lb, Carp 27lb, Pike 20lb          Rules of lake: All hooks must be barbless or micro barbed. No bent hooks. Night fishing allowed. No litter. Two rods only per angler. Do not fish the bank adjoining the railway line. Horses may be in the field – do not frighten or disturb in any way. Respect the wildlife. No fish to be removed or introduced to the water.
No baited hooks to be left unattended in or out of the water.
Keepnets allowed (excluding Carp). No swimming in any CAS waters.
